About Stephanie Meegan

 

Growing up in Massachusetts our family explored the seashore, hiked the White Mountains and sailed the lakes and coastal waters. Natives of Ohio our parents encouraged us to appreciate the unique vibrancy of New England. 

 

Over the course of three decades painting has become an integral part of my life and a source of continual challenge and joy. It is my way of being mindful.

 

Two teachers in particular have helped me expand my artistic sensibilities over the years, Nancy Russo and William E. Duke.  I am grateful for their generous guidance, patience and encouragement.
